every time someone tries to call me and im in a aplication i cant answer because my phone shows this mesage " Unfortunately , phone has stoped", and i must restart my phone.

First thing I would try is boot to recovery mode and Clear Cache

As I've stated on several threads, give a different launcher a shot. Of several I tried off the play store, Nova Launcher continues to get installed on every android device I acquire. With all the available options, your phone will look and perform as if rooted, without the hassle of such.
TouchWiz causes more problems than I could possibly list.
