Note 4 cycling reboot when battery reaches 30->40 percent

Hello all! I just had a battery that crapped on me and would cycle reboot no matter the power, now I purchased a brand new Samsung battery (Off eBay mind you) and the phone runs normal from about 100 ->about 40 percent. However then it may start the reboot process over and over again then. Could this issue related to my old battery be a problem with my phone now? any help is appreciated! Thank you :)

It's probably the battery... both of them. I own 4 batteries... all OEM. One battery will give me an reboot at ~45%, while the other three won't give me any reboots. I can run my phone for weeks on the three good batteries and once I put the bad battery in, I get a reboot when the battery drops from 100 to 45%.

Hi , always be wary of batteries off ebay, look for a seller that has a lot of sales and a near faultless feedback, if they are very cheap they are usually fakes, I've never paid less than £12.99 for a battery off eBay . Phil

To add about purchasing batteries, Shop Android will often times have one (or two) day sales on OEM batteries. Normal price is $26.95 and sale price is usually $16.95, but I've seen them go for $15.95 every once in a while.

Thank you this battery is OEM as well but I'll have to buy one from a nice trusted source to see if that's the issue!
