Note 4 help needed

I have a note 4 purchased on ebay preconfigured. I tried to reinstall stock 6.0.1 and now have a total mess. The phone is an sm-n910t3 as shown in the.back label but the model shown in the about device i an s7- 935.phone will not load from odin, kies or bbc.co twrp. I think it may be a bootloader issur

Anyone have any help to offer

Hi, what message does it give you when failing to load from Odin? I can't understand how it is showing an S7 in "About Device", in theory it should be impossible to load the wrong firmware. Phil

Can you tell us what state the phone was in when you got it, and what state it is in now (not just that odin and kies won't talk to it, but the phone itself)? You mention twrp, so was the phone modified with a custom recovery already? And how exactly did you try to reinstall stock firmware, what firmware file did you use and what happened when you did this?

Could you post a photo of the front and back of the phone? It's possible that the phone is a knock-off and not a real Note 4.

Its a real note 4, apparently running an imported os. I got it back to semi normal by loading a copy of lineage os, haven. Not tried to load a stock rom yet. Gotta find qe2 version of 6.0.1 both the bl and ap files for Odin to load,

Haven't tried it with a custom ROM, but I think it should still give you the info needed.
