Note 4 Is Connected to Wi-fi, but Will Not Connect to Internet

I have two Note 4's with Verizon, and they are connected to a D-link model DIR-868l router. My home tower (a custom Intel build), a brand new Asus laptop, and an ancient Intel ultrabook, and even the other Note 4 all connect to Wi-fi and the internet fine, but my Note 4 will not. It will connect to Wi-fi, and will say "Network Extender Enabled," but it will not load any data. The second Wi-fi goes off, it works fine.

Things I have tried:

1. Static IP
2. Turning power save off
3. Disabled the "Network Smart Switch"
4. Put the phone IP in the Router's DMZ.

I have exhausted all my personal knowledge on the subject, so any other expert help would be appreciated.

have you compared all the settings of the 2 Note 4's? if not, I'd suggest you do, and include checking accounts, too. HTH, RA
