Help Note 4 not previewing ringtones

Hi there, first post so be kind

Just bought a Note 4, upgrading from S4 after two years.
Query is, when changing or setting ringtones or notifications, the tone isn't previewed upon selection as all my other phones have, so there's no way of knowing what the new tone sounds like.

Has anybody else experienced this of have any possible solutions please?

You should be able to either long press on the selection, or, switch to another Ringtone & switch back to the desired one to hear a sample.
Same same with the alarm app....

Yup same issue
