Note 4 not turning on

My note 4 has not been able to turn on. It has been just staying on the note 4 sign and never loading past that. Not only that if I don't freeze the phone it won't even load the note 4 sign. I have done nothing to my phone and I tried factory resetting my phone but it hasn't changed. It is not the battery as I have just bought another one and still no difference

Have you tried a different charger and charging cable? Maybe it's not getting a charge.

Can you get into recovery mode (press Power Button, Home Button and Volume Up Button at the same time)? If you can do this then I would try to delete the cache directory to see if this helps.
