since the lollipop OS update I've been having an issue with my personal dictionary not saving my words.. all my personal data has disappeared.. if I go into a chat I can save a word and it works until I leave the chat then it's gone.. I've tried everything including the "learn from" features and also clearing my personal data which just gives me an error message.. someone HELP ME! it's driving me insane!
