Note 4 - Screen password locked

Hello,
I have "succeed" to stuck my Note 4. I forgot the screen password.
I don't want to reset the phone, because i will lose all data.
I found my phone with "Find my device" from google, but i can't change the screen password.

Do you know a method to solve this issue ?

PS i don't have Samsung account, I can't find my phone with "Find My Phone". The phone is not stolen, i can communicate with him, I can answer, I can call just to one number (which was setup with "Find my device"), I can install apps, but i can't unlock.

it's strange, because few months ago, the "find my device" from google had a option to lock the screen with a password, or to change the screen password.
Now the options are:
- ring the phone
- lock + to send a phone number
- erase data
If I can make the phone to ring...theoretic it is possible to unlock the screen...through my google email account...because it is safe...and, in this situation I can not unlock a stolen phone.
 
Does not work, i have tried Method 1 but now the Google has other version for Android Device Manager, the option at "lock" button are just Message and Phone number...they cancel option for "New password"
 
is it not possible to install an application through google play... this app to have auto-run, and to clear the password option from phone ?
This option to be available just through my gmail account.
