Help Note 4 WiFi stuck on opening

Hello everyone,

It's my first post in this forum.. I have been searching everywhere for a solution for my newly bought note 4..

The WiFi is stuck on opening and it don't proceed to scan the networks ..

Any suggestion are welcome

Welcome to the forum! Let's see if we can help you enjoy your phone

The first thing I would suggest is trying to long press the WiFi icon. This should bring up the WiFi settings. When I do this I see the message "Scanning" near the top. It would be interesting to know what you are seeing.

If you got the phone from a local shop I would also be tempted to take it back for them to look at. The phone is under guarantee and they should help you. It could be that a replacement phone will work better.

This is the exact issue I am having. My Bluetooth is doing it as well!
