Help Note 5 4G LTE Connectivity Issues

I've tried it all, I have the sm n9200 note 5 it has no option for 4g and I can't even set the background for the lock screen, and can't get picture messages. I've tried the APN settings for straight talk no luck. This is a unlocked gsm phone why isn't it working?

Sorry to hear about the 4G LTE issues.
Not knowing where you got the phone,my 1st recommendation would be to use this app to ensure you didn't receive a fake/counterfeit phone:

In the meantime,when navigating to SETTINGS> MOBILE NETWORKS > NETWORK MODE you don't see LTE/2G/3Gas an option?

If not,did you have 4G LTE service with Straight Talk on this SIM Card on another phone?
