Note 5 can't find edited videos

I'm new to editing videos. Has anyone had this issue: After you edit the video and save it, where the hell does it go? I have searched every folder in the phone and can't find any of the videos I've edited.

Yes of course, and I have looked through every folder. i have connected it to my computer and ran a search that way and still nothing. I have saved the video under several names and I still can not find it after the editing.

The gallery shows every pic/video unless it's hidden by whatever means, if you can't see it there then that's very odd.

I just edited a video and it shows in the gallery, it also had a message after editing that the edited video is in DCIM/video editor.

It is odd. That's why I came here to see if anyone else was having this issue. I just checked to see if that folder was hidden but it's not. I don't have DCIM/video editor...I can't find a video editor folder anywhere. I tried editing and saving another video and it doesn't show me where it is saving to, just gives me the option to change the name then it says "saved" when I save it. So Idk what's going on. Going to uninstall and reinstall....I will let you know if that works.

OK, Uninstall reinstall didn't change anything by clicking save. Tried rebooting the phone...nothing changed. Shut down completely and restarted...still no changes. Tried editing another video and exporting it, that worked, I now have a video editor folder. So now my question is what is the save button used for?
