Note 5 issue, need help

I just got a Verizon Note 5 and want to use it on T-Mobile. I read that I just put my sim in and change my APN to the fast.t-mobile settings which I did. But no signal, any help would be appreciated.

First of all, needs a T-Mobile sim card. Do you have a T-Mobile account already? Secondly, it may need some other settings changes. Need to go to a T-Mobile store to do this and see if it's compatible.
