I recently got a pair of Sync By 50 Wireless in hear sport Headsets for Christmas and i have been trying to pair it all day. They afre made by SMS. I get the error: Unable to pair with the SYNC BY 50 IN EAR BT. Incorrect Pin or Password. I am fairly familiar with blue tooth and usually you can reset the password on either the blue tooth device or the phone itself but neither are working. I also never get an option from the Samsung Note 5 to even enter a PW. Here is what I have done so far:
Soft reset of the phone
Reset the Samsung Note 5 to factory settings
Contacted Samsung and did the same as above
They have advised they do not have spec on this headset and couldn't assist further and would need to contact the manufacture directly.
Would love if anyone knows any solutions.//
