Does anyone know how to solve an issue where my Galaxy Note 5 on AT&T started a few weeks ago not to download and install apps or download email attachments unless the phone is charging?
I have tried it on wifi and on just the cell network. Reset the phone, etc. Nothing seems to resolve the issue.
