Hey all, my note Note 5 is model SM-N920C and running on Android 6.0.1. And I have this problem where my phone access data when it's roaming. I have set Data Roaming to off, and last trip I have even set the Data on notification area completely off. But I always get billed lot of money for Roaming Data by the network which I never used. Why this is happening and how to make the phone not to use Roaming Data? Thanks in advance!

are you sure the roaming was for data and not for the phone calls? It may be something you need to take up with the service provider.
On a side note, make sure that all phone updates are wifi only. I think that can only be done through the play store.
