Help note 8 change clock style on lock screen

does anyone know how to change the clock style on the lock screen, not on the always on display screen ? Is there a way ? Also is there a way to turn up the volume on the dialer while dialing mine is way too low. much appreciated. I've searched everywhere.

when i open up the phone (take it off charge, etc) the lock screen pops up with the clock as hours: minutes and not

hours
minutes

like the AOD display.

I dont know what your clock looks like on the lock screen but try this:

Go to settings then lock screen then scroll down to notifications and turn it on...but then also click on the actual word notifications toward the left side of that same section, this will drill you in another screen where you can then choose 'notification icons only' then scroll down and choose what specific apps you like to receive notifications of if not all.



Therefore going forward if you have a notification like an email, calendar event, alarm, etc. it will force the clock in the lock screen to appear normal (hour on the left, minutes on the right) but you'll get small subtle notification icons underneath.



If you touch any one of these icons it will expand showing you information from them but not give information unless it's touched

as for volume? well what are you listening to? bluetooth? earphones? speaker?

your questions about volume is generic.

you can go into accessibility settings and look for "hearing aid"(or "hearing") and use that feature.

Sorry I wasn't more clear on the volume but I want to no if there is a way to make the volume higher as I am dialing a number ? When I am dialing a number I can barely hear the ketones as I'm dialing would like to vmakevit louder

If you set a permanent notification like weather on the lock screen, that annoying ugly 2x2 clock will change to a nice 4 digit across more standard clock

Look in “key-tap feedback” in settings and fool around in there.

I got it thanks your right because I uninstalled WeatherBug that's why it went back to that ugly 2x2 clocks much appreciated
