Note 9 screen goes unresponsive while charging.

So I've started having a problem recently. When I try and charge my note 9 with my battery case the screen goes unresponsive after about a minute. I can still use the spen by my fingers will no longer work. As soon as I shut the case down it works normally. Any ideas?

Perhaps there is a faulty charger ..because if the voltage changes the screen digitizer wont operate perfectly. Otherwise use an app called screen repair it will restore ur screen to a better state

Are you using the original Samsung charger that came with the phone or a third-party one? Because some cheapo third-party chargers have been known to cause interference to phone touch screens.

He says "battery case", I think it's not a wall charger?
