Note Everything app, worked w/ Android 1.5, trouble w/ 2.1

I have been using the Note Everything app with a Sprint Samsung Moment and Android 1.5, and it has worked really well.

I updated to Android 2.1, and re-downloaded and re-installed Note Everything.

Now Note Everything does not see its directory on my SD card (noteeverything) and it is still there will all the files as is before the 1.5 to 2.1 update.

I tried (using N.E. app) creating a new note, and then looking out on my SD card to see if a new directory and file was created, but no luck.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Gotta contact the developer. Android is supposed to be fully forward-compatible, but it doesn't always work out that way in the real world.

Ok, I'll answer my own post!

The short answer is: I had to re-mass-import the notes from the .txt files on the SD card, into Note Everything (and into its internal notes data base).

I did that, it worked, and back to normal.
