Note Everything User Guide

After a week of looking, reading reviews & trying out I've decided to go with Note Everything Pro.

I've found out how to use a lot of the functionallity by trial & error (getting my Win Mobile Phatnotes info into NE Pro was, er, interesting .... .but got there in the end )

There are lots of brief descriptions, outlines, feature lists etc out there in web-land for NE Pro however, just to ensure I get the most from NE Pro, does anyone know of a User Guide? or even a detailed review that explores all the features? or any vid guides / demos ....... e.g. just exactly what is a 'Durable Checklist'

And for anyone buying the upgrade, you have to use Visa/MC.. Google will not accept Amex or Discover for Euro transactions, but they never tell you, they just decline your card.

Does anyone know how to clear the checked items in a Durable List?

I have a general To Do list. I like that checked items stay visible, because it reminds me what I have done and gives me a sense of accomplishments. However, after a few days it is already unwieldy, because there are so many checked-off items.

I know I can just view the "Need" list, but that's no good because it doesn't have the "Add" button. Also, it removes the satisfaction of seeing any checked-off items.

Also, what is the point of the third state of the checks -- unchecked, checked, and... gray? What does gray do?
