I've had a Note II for a few months. Today I installed the Rocket Music Player, and suddenly, when I plug in headphones, the volume control comes up on-screen and immediately slides down to zero, as if someone is holding the "volume down" button.
If I raise it, it immediately slides back down to zero again. This is for every portion of the volume - system, ringtone, media, and notifications. They all slide down to zero, and can't be raised for more than a second. Once I unplug the headphones, then I can raise them again.
I uninstalled the Rocket Player, but it didn't solve the issue. Has anyone seen this before, or more importantly, know of any way to fix it?
Thanks in advance!
