Notepad app/widget that actually lets you WRITE notes?

Something where I can physically write things out with my finger and erase them? Maybe a widget that is something like a big sticky note that you can just write on? Does such a thing exist?

Note Everything has 3 forms of notes possible: typed-in notes, voice notes, and scribbled-with-your-finger notes (great for jotting down a quick phone number, drawing a little map, etc.)

Plus, you can add a shortcut to your home screen that goes directly to Note Everything's scribbled note, so it's one-tap access. I've got that on my Droid and use it all the time.

There's something called WritePad that lets you write with your finger and it converts it to text. You can ever create your own shortcuts by using the auto-corrector . . . but I've been having some issues with it.
