Help Notepad in android phone?

I want a notepad app in android phone that can open and work like windows .txt file (like the notepad in windows). What android app can do that?
I have tried some but after creating a new file in android, I am unable to transfer the file to windows because in windows I am unable to see the downloaded/exported file.

You might check out OneNote at the play store. I've not used any syncing between note apps but this article looks like it might work for you.

Thanks, but not suitable. Looking for some app that can handle (view/edit/copy) .txt files created by windows notepad

ColorNote might be an option. What phone do you have? Many Samsung phones of any vintage can open a *.txt in their default viewer, like S Memo or Polaris Office. *.txt is a pretty universal standard, not a proprietary Windows one such as *.doc or *.docx.
