Notes with large type

I'm looking for a note writing app that would be good to use when speaking with someone who can neither hear nor see well.
I would write what I want to communicate on my phone and she/he would view it on my phone.

Fast notepad is decent.You can change to a very large font in it's settings,

You may also want to look into setting up voice input to text for your device.
