Nothing shows up when I connect my phone to my pc.

I've been trying to connect my phone to my PC for weeks and nothing works. I literally tried everything.
The same USB Device (Port Reset Failed) pops up every time I've tried.
I literally don't know what to do. All the tutorials are the same and none of them works.

Have you tried Developers Options where you can set USB configuration? This method varies from device to device but you can go into Settings and click ABOUT on your phone information and tap it 7 times to enable your phones Developers Mode to configure USB settings.

It will look like this:

Pc:
motherboard:gigabyte h110m-s2h
cpu:intel pentium g4560
ram: 8gb (2133)
gpu:rx 470
os: windows 10 pro (1709)

Phone:
cubot cheetah 2 (android 7.0)

I tried, but it didn't work

All options that was given is good advice but it would help more if you could give the model of your PC and your phone so we can help walk you through in achieving the connection that you want with your PC.

I have tried this and it didn't work.

Try it with another PC. And if it still doesn't work, you've already tried another cable, I'm thinking it could be a USB hardware problem with the phone itself. Is it still under warranty? But as it's a Cubot, I don't have too much confidence in their quality and reliability.

It worked on this pc until I bought a new sd card. I wonder if that could be the cause of the problem .

OK great, now connect your phone to your PC USB but make sure your WiFi or internet data is enabled. Next go into Device Manager on your PC. Open it and scroll down on the left and look for New devices that should show an icon that looks like this ⚠. Click that and it will highlight Driver Update, It should ask search Windows or Search Internet. Click Search internet to see if any drivers are available for that phone because that's the reason that its not being recognized because the drivers are missing for it. If one is available for it than download the updated and install it. When the missing drivers are installed that's when windows will recognize your device and start a connection. More software May install also depending on what's needed for Windows to operate with your phone.

We posted a reply in the same time or somewhere close to each other but I think your idea is pretty good like I've always told you years before that you should have your own Android site. :)

I can't see any ⚠ symbols in device manager.

Hello brother!, here's the solution to your predicament..
Try to get this app..I can't upload it here due to copy rights interests..but if you can find it that will put an end to your issue..I used to have this same exact symptom too until I came across this app..

Let me know.

So this is the same thing as Developers Options when you go into settings and About then click Build version 7 times right?
