I have no issues with Push notifications but I wonder, does OP3 not allow badges to let me know I have 'news' or Messages needing my attention?
I have been going through my settings and scrolling though other forums to see why I do not have the tiny count icon in the corner of my social media apps (Facebok/Twitter/Snapchat etc) like I did for my Samsmsung S5.
Even trying a launcher (such as Nova) does not seem to have an effect. I only see if Facebook, for example, has any Notifications for me when I open the app itself.
