Help Notification Bar - Color

I have a Galaxy S7 and use Nova Launcher as I have will all previous phones. I have almost worn myself out trying to figure out why my notification bar is a greenish-grey color. Every once in a while it will be transparent, but then next time I look it isn't. Anyone experience this? Any ideas why?
