Notification Bar Issue

Does anyone else have this issue with the 6T where you go to dismiss a notification and swipe it left or right and then the notification settings pop up in the task bar? It's extremely annoying and I've been trying to figure out how to turn it off or get rid of it. Let me know if there is a solution!

Are you using the latest global firmware release, 9.0.14. If so, there has been a new OnePlus Launcher rolled out in the last 48 hours on the Google Play Store that may help...
