Notification bar skinning

Hey all,

For the GDE theme that I favor, ENOCH2, the screenshots show a dark notification bar. This is something that I would very much like to do, but can't find a setting anywhere that will let me change it from the normal white color scheme. Anybody know if this is possible, or if the author just doctored his screenshots to make it look more like he wanted it?

i think that's just his phone's default notification bar

if i'm wrong i'd like to know cuz i wouldn't mind the dark color scheme either
