Help Notification drawer - icons do not toggle.

Hi guys

I have bought 5 of the onePlus, and only one seem to be problematic so far.

Today morning my wife couldn't Un-silent her phone. the icons in the notification drawer do nothing when touched. They stay the same.

Seem like the Quiet Time keep messing up the phone.

I could of course factory restore it, but I really don't want to go through the setting up process all over again.

If any of you experience similar problem, kindly share if there was any solution to it, beside factory restore

I am not on the stock rom so I can't speak too much to that specific instance. I have run into a couple issues wherein the phone will not lock or the volume stays silent. A simple restart has fixed those issues for me though.
