Help Notification help

I am a blackberry convert and cannot figure out how to organize my notifications.

Is there a way to setup "profiles"that would change the notifications for my 4 email apps, SMS, and ringtones at once? I have to use separate application for yahoo mail, hotmail, corporate mail and gmail.
