Notification logs

If I have 2 phones, is there a way I can view the notification log of one phone from the other? I've used gesture/shortcut apps to see the logs on my individual device, but what if the other phone had a separate number and use and I wanted to see all of its notifications remotely?

What you're asking should certainly be doable--I do it with my Android devices and Linux computers using KDE Connect. But I don't know, offhand, of an Android app that works like that for two Android devices.

Perhaps someone else will have some ideas.
