Help Notification of message = "New Message... Message"

[Android Question]

Not sure if this is new for Lollipop (which my phone received a week or so ago and which is generally really ggod).

When I get a text message and swipe down from the top of the phone screen to see the notification, it reads:

"New Message... Message"

This isn't that informatitve.

I suspect the second "message" is supposed to be the start of the message text which would be more useful.

Is there any way to fix this or change it?
