Help Notification on Android not vibrating?

I recently got a new android phone (LG Realm). And only my text messages vibrate when I put my phone on vibrate mode; no other apps. I called LG support and they said, it only vibrates for phone calls and text messages. Is there any app on the google play store, or some type of trick to make it vibrate for all apps?

Keep in mind that I keep my phone on vibrate because I can't let it go off in school.

My phone is also rooted.

Edit: The issue has been solved. I download a program called Notification Filter: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tadevel.notification

It works perfectly with no issues so far, I just tap on the app, then check mark the box that says "vibrate".

Hmmm, not sure but I would think the notifications would be app specific.
When you say "all apps", I would assume the ones such as social media apps and the like?
