Notification Only Silence

I was wondering if anybody knows of an app/ widget that could create a shortcut on the desktop to would silence only notifications with a single press and then bring back the volume with a second press....

Dunno about a single tap, but Quick Settings app is the fastest/easiest I've encountered to date, especially for handling the discrete types of sounds. If you must have this in Widget form >>> Audio Manager. <<< Bonus: if you keep it on your home screen, a quick glance always informs of the actual volume settings per (notification, alarm, ringer, etc). Both free. No ads.

iPhone2Droid,

I tried Quick Settings but found that the volume setting did not change the notifications seperate from the rigntones. I may have been using an older version or the free version might have limited options. I really like the Audio Manager Widget!! It is perfect for my needs. I like having all the volume controls in one place. Thanks for the suggestion!!!
