Help Notification problem

I just got my galaxy s3 through Rogers in Canada and I am having a problem with notification. At first my notifications worked find and I could enable vibrate as well as sound for various notifications. Then I found out about light flow light and decided to try it. When I installed it I could not get any notifications at all to workk and couldn't figure out the problem so I uninstalled it. Now I cannot get any notifications at all. Even the led doesn't flash when I get email, which it did before. I have notifications enabled everywhere I could find them in Settings, including in the email app. I don't know if light flow light caused this problem but everything worked find before I installed it.

I would appreciate any help in getting this fixed. Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure it's light flow - it messed up my notifications as well.

Uninstalling it fixed it straightaway.

I would recommend trying to make sure Light Flow is still not installed and that all traces of it are gone. If that does not work, a factory reset may be in your future.

Thanks for your reply and to others who have also helped. I have solved my problem by uninstalling light flow lite. Also I found out that the ics email app does NOT send a. notification if you manually check your email by pressing the check mail button. That threw me because I was expecting the notification which never came. I now have switched to k9mail and am much happier. Thanks again for your help.
