Notification ringtones setting by time?

Hi all not sure if this is the right place to post this question but was wondering if theres away to set my notification ringtones(email,text messages) to be silent at certain hours without having to go in and set them every night to silent.I still like to get my phone calls just dont want to be awaken for emails and text messages. By the way the phone is a lg vortex thanks all. Moderator if this is posted in wrong spot please move it thank you.
