Been having this problem for a while now. Either the phone vibrates on silent or get notification when sound is enabled, when drag the screen down there is no notification. Some apps I aren't getting a notification for anymore. So I keep uninstalling and reinstalling apps thinking that would resolve. Sometimes it works. Been pondering factory restoring the phone but don't want to. Anyone else had this problem?
