Notification source with headphones

Does anyone know how to disable notification sounds when headphones are plugged in? They continue to play through the phone speakers.

Mine play through the headphones when I've got headphones plugged in.

Have you rebooted your phone lately?

I posted this on the poweramp forums because I thought it was a bug with poweramp. It actually plays through BOTH the headphones and the phone speaker. It is apparantly a bug in ICS that nobody can figure out how to fix.
