So I got an Android V20 not long ago and everything is working expect the notification texts. The volume is set to almost the max in the settings and I have to option to delete texts turned off, but the sound for my custom texts only lasts about 1 second instead of the whole 5 or so seconds. I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
