Help Notification Trouble

I have a notification trouble on my phone.

Twitter app:
Mentions won't get any notification but favourite gets pushed. I have set the setting to vibrate upon receiving mentions, favourites and messages.

Google+ photo auto-backup:
It does not auto-backup anymore. I have to manually ask the device to backup in google+ settings.

For both cases, auto-sync was on.

I have not checked the items in calendar/google keep/etc to see if they are in sync yet. I bet there are missing events and notes.

Anyone can help me?

I know this is a little old but have just noticed you didn't get a reply. Do you happen to have Stamina mode enabled on your handset? if you do this is the likely cause of the problem.
