Help Notifications dont show

Dont know if u can help at this but my facebook messages and e-mails doesent show up on the notification bar.(all other messages,facebook friend requests and notifications show up.)I tried to log off of my accounts and re-log in but it doesent work.

First make sure that the notifications for the Facebook and email app are turned on in their respective settings. If they are, go to Settings>application manager>Facebook and check if you have disabled the global show notifications setting. Do the same for the email app.
