Notifications not received on status bar

Hi guys,

I have the galaxy A50 and I experience the following issue: I can't receive any notifications from text message apps (viber, messenger, what's app) on the status bar. If the screen is off, it will light up when someone texted me, but no notifications... If I listen to music, the song will fade a bit, as if I received a notification, but no sound from notification itself or any sign of message in the status bar. I now must open all apps one by one, in order for me to see if someone texted me.

I tried restarting the phone, turning all kinds of notification settings on and off and on, re-installing the apps, I only didn't make a factory reset.

Can you please help me.
 
I did it. The thing is it actually sends me the notifications, because when the phone is locked, the screen lights up. But I see nothing in the status bar and on the app badge.
