Help Notifications on Lock screen in Lollipop advice please

I have Lollipop on my Samsung mobile and see that you can get Notification on Lock screen which i love but i am having problems getting notifications for email services like Yahoo and Gmail and mail.com on the screen screen.

So how do i get this to happen? as im not sure what im doing wrong or is it that it cant be done on lock screen for email services?

After upgrading to Lollipop, there are no notifications at all on my samsung galaxy note 4. I checked and found I accidentally the PIN and it is enforced by an ActiveSync account. I remove the account and add it again, now everything is back to normal again.
