Just got a Magic in Hong Kong..
Whenever the phone is in sleep mode and I get an SMS, the trackball lights up and flashes after every 30 secs. or so. However, it then seems to go off after around 10-15mins., even if I do not unlock the screen and check the notification..??
1) The manual says the LED near the earpiece should be flashing (this does not happen - only the trackball flashes).
2) Is the trackball notification supposed to go off after some time (even if the message is not retrieved)?
