notifier with sound alert

Have had my Droid Incredible about 3 weeks. Still have not found a reliable message notifier with sound alerts for emails and voice mails...especially for voice mail more so than texts or emails. Anybody using one that works well ??

Each of the apps has it's own audio notification. Look in the settings.

I use TalkaDroid to create unique sound files. It uses the text-to-speech engine. You can tell it to say, "you've got mail" and save it to a sound file. Then in your email app, you go into the settings and set this sound file as your notification sound. I do the same for text messages and the calendar.
