Nova Launcher Prime Help

I just installed Nova launcher prime on my hydro life and love except one thing. When I miss a text or a call, it doesn't show up on the messaging or phone icon in my dock. If I switch back to my stock launcher it works fine. Phone is rooted and I have have froze some apps, just metro stuff and google stuff that hasn't seem to affect anything.
Any idea's? Thanks in advanced

1 - Nova coordinates with badge provider programs, example:

I think that has a cost (only shows "installed for me")...there are probabaly free ones out there.

2 - Nova Settings / Unread Counts / Provider....set to TeslaUnread or whatever your provider is (from #1)
