need help.......... recently had an ota update didnt look what it was just accepted and let it do its thing, after it retarted i noticed my clock would not work on home/lock screen, no updater in the settings and also no app to access my files so i got in touch with huawei, they said factory reset and itll be fine.......it got 7% into the factory reset and failed, when phone started up i have no keyboard or anything, i can skip through it all too the main phone screen but cant do anything that id need on there, ive tried returning it to stock firmware from the official site but when i try to force update it just freezes on 5%, no matter what firmware i try to force, also tried installing through fastboot with no joy, also the build number which was installed is NRD90M test-keys!!!
