Nub question on setting up Gameboid

I searched and read some threads but stll a bit confused on a few things.

Are you downloading roms right to the phone or are you taking the SD card out, or are you just docking and dragging files to it?

I am using the HTC Hero for sprint

They're all the same thing. Just get the ROM onto the sd card. You can do that via USB cable, taking the sd card out and using a usb adapter, downloading right from the phone from the site, doesn't really matter so long as it's on the SD card.

Thanks got it worked out. Just got the phone, did not realize how easy it was to just use the USB and mount the card.

Where are these stored after you download them to the phone? I opened the phone as a removable disk drive on my pc and created a folder named roms and put the rom in there, but I can't seem to find it when looking on the phone for it.
