Can anyone explain to me what are the numbers between brackets in my galaxy s5 planner. I live in the middle east and bought it from Dubai if maybe this info will help. I circled them in red. And the numbers go on on every month and reset every year.

And yeah Samsung localised my phone and since then the Samsung store is in Arabic.. is there a way to change it to english? Live in Beirut, Lebanon.
