numeric keypad

dual

As numbers (0-9) are mainly used to type my phone to search something, I wonder whether there is an application (or simply by setting) that can go directly to the "bigger" numeric keypad (image 1) rather than being the alphanumeric one (image 2).

Thanks for your help in advance. :D

Hi

You didn't say, but that looks like a samsung keyboard.

You could try installing Gboard (google keyboard) which has that option easily selectable within the keyboard.

SwiftKey also has something similar.

Directly entering that mode (without pressing the key to switch) would require the keyboard app to recognise that it was being called in a context where numeric input is needed. This does happen, for example when entering a new phone number, but I'm not sure quite where you want it to happen. But I think it would depend on the app you are opening the keyboard in signalling that it is requiring numeric input.

Sorry for not telling clearly. Yes, it is a Samsung keyboard.
